Burnout can creep in unnoticed, especially when you’re focused on “finishing strong.” But ending the year doesn’t have to mean running yourself into the ground. With intentional planning and realistic expectations, you can close out the year with energy and clarity—and set yourself up for a more balanced start to the new year.
